I was wondering if anyone had the time, to hit me up with a diet program to gain weight and lean muscle. I am currently 189 trying to reach 205. Thank you
 
Try to eat everything exept fat foods . Do high carbs and protein food. Dont do any fruits and sugar night because the sugar transfer to fat. And eat well and u need good workout plan.
