Diethylene glycol

Hey guys I've done a search here and can't seem to find any info on Diethylene Glycol Diethyl Ether.

Is this a good transdermal base? Do I need to add anything to it to make it more effective? I will be adding Test base to it.

No, I think adding Test Base will make it quite effective or thats what BC told me
