Diet?

what should my diet be like if i were to take AP? I want to lose fat and gain muscle. thanks for any replies.
 
Hey Steve, if you would like to shoot me an e-mal at the adress with your full diet, I'll break down a dosing schedule for ya.

I think it was the "diet" was the unknown variable, lol.

Steve, that is a pretty open ended question with a myriad of possible responces. Perhaps if you could post up a sample of your stats, workouts and current diet we could all chime in and lend ya a hand tweaking it to something that should yield results. If it even needs any changes, that is. ;)
 
sorry i wasnt very specific. but i dont have any stats im not training right now because i have a large hernia . i was asking about the diet because i dont really have one. when i read up on AP i had seen people posting about all the carbs they were eating witch is my main curiosity how many carbs should i eat,what kind, and how much protien?

i think the reps meant how tall are you, weight, body fat, etc etc... i can put up my ap diet if you want to check it out.

sorry it took so long... but here is my ap diet:

7:30am - two scoops of whey w/ half a cup of oat meal and 18oz of skim milk.

9:30am - half cup of fiber one w/ 10oz of skim milk, and natty peanut butter

12:00am - two slices of double fiber whole wheat bread w/ a chicken breast

3:15pm - 16 almonds, an apple, w/ nonfat yogurt

6:00pm - chicken breast w/ a sweet potato and a whole wheat tortilla shell

7:30pm - gym... drinkin excell while there.

8:30pm - two scoops of whey w/ 18oz skim milk, half cup of oats, and half banana

9:30pm - chicken breast w/ broccoli and half cup of brown rice

11:00pm - cup of 1 % cottage cheese w/ 8oz skim milk
 
ok i recently found out my body fat percentage is 35% just thought i should add that to my heighth and weight. so with that what do you think my diet should be while taking AP? thanks for any replies
