diet with pct and after

just a general question, iv finished my pct now and kept my cals above maintenance at 3400 whist doing so, now im thinkin about starting a cut. how long should i wait post-pct before startin to drop my cals to prevent the loss of muscle gained on my cycle?
 
I would keep cals and protein high during PCT and 2-4 weeks post PCT. You could probably lower them close to maintenance so you;re not way over after the first 4 weeks.
 
I'd wait acouple weeks and then start your cut. What kind of supps are you taking during your cut?
 
id say it depends how long your post lasted. somepeople like myself perform long PCTs in which there would be no good reason to wait a few weeks after I finish.
 
Personally I think as long as you keep protein high, and use carb cycling on lifting days you could begin slow cut helping you preserve LBM until you decide to go on a more serious cut.
