Diet while on and after cycle

I am 6'2 220lb and 22 years old. Starting a 12wk cycle of test e with a 4 week kicker or anadrol. If I know my calories needed to maintain, how much should I add to that during the cycle? also since i have 20% bf, im wanting to cut after. How long should I wait after PCT to start eating under maintenance?

I'm not an expert on this and never run any gear. BUT .... you are just 22 yo. You have naturally high testosterone. You should fix your diet, and lower that bodyfat. If you plan to bulk on that cycle, you will get even fatter. Not to mention that being overweight raises the blood pressure.On top of that you would want to run anadrol, which (from what I read) further raises the blood pressure. This does not sound good to me. You risk your health for getting fatter.


If you still want to run this cycle, eat clean and 500 under maintanance so you will loose bodyfat and maybe gain some more muscle.

OP he's exactly right, you're body fat is much to high to b bulking. You'd b better off cutting on this cycle or just cutting naturally til you're 10-12% bf then bulk on this cycle. Your blood pressure will most likely get very high and you're more prone to estrogen sides at a higher body fat. However, if u insist on running this cycle now and bulking then u should at least wait a month after your pct to cut.
 
Ive already ordered everything so im pretty set on doing this cycle. When you say do a cut cycle, do you mean the same gear and just different diet or a different cycle all together?

This is why people say wait. Because of questions like this. Means you aren't ready knowledge wise

Different diet that's all. Calorie deficit, like 500 kcal below maintenance. While being on cycle your metabolism will speed up so that will help u lose more fat than normal.
 
Just looked at a calendar. Spring break for me is march 15th and I already have flights/hotel to be in panama city. I can either start cycle soon and have spring break during the downtime between the cycle and pct, or I can cut hard for a month or two and have spring break during the end of my cycle when im only on test e. Which would you do?

Just cut first. Cycle after a few more ages
 
Why are you cycling, you look like you have never touched a weight before. Be natural, cut, cycle in a few years.
 
get to a plateau then cycle! at this point a proper diet and weight training plan will probably benefit you more than a cycle. your gear wont expire for at least 1yr. I'd wait
