Diet services?

I'm wondering if there is a place for this. My grandmother is a diabetic, and would like to have a meal plan made for her to follow. Is there a good site you guys would recommend?

Take her to an outpatient diabetic clinic. Medicare/Insurance reimburses. Make sure there is a Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) in the group.
