I just received my order of alpha mass and 5 alpha test. 2 bottles of each.
I'm currently at
6ft flat
210lbs
30% fat.
After watching my diet for the past 3 months ive been able to drop the fat fast while following a CKD diet and maintaining and gaining some LBM.
My question now is should I start my 8 week cycle now or drop a little more fat first? And if I do start the cycle should I switch up the diet or continue the CKD? Ive heard that if one is over 20% its a lot easier to lose fat while gaining lean mass. But maybe that's just bro science. The main goal is to lose the stomach while still putting on lean mass. No need to worry about a 6pack yet. Ive been overweight since I was young. Thanks in advance to any replies.
