Diet plan 2.0 beta receptors

Hello fellas, I'll explain my problem quickly

I started a cut diet 2 month ago, I lost approximately 7 kilos and I'm looking nice, except the fact that I got veins everywhere but still a bunch of fat on my chest ( yes I got an adipo) and on my stomach.

Problem is I'm already 6/7 day at the gym, 100+- Carbo per day, approximately 700 - calories in my diet so there weren't much more option instead becoming a true zombie

So I've decided to cut harder with the littlest harmest fat burner I've found ( Like albu)

But I've seen that I should upregulate my beta receptors, I've bought Dymenhydrate for that (I couldn't find dyphen) but it's not as strong.

My question is : Should I buy Benadryl and/or Yohimbe

Or are beta receptors less saturated with that product than with the stronger one

I think you haven't gotten much response because it is very hard to understand what you're saying in your post. You're eating 100g carbs per day, and only 700 calories? I've read your post a few times and still am not sure what you mean.

As far as upregulating beta receptors, benadryl won't help much. The only true way to upregulate your receptors is to take a break from albuterol and all other stimulants, or consider trying ketotifen - keto will help upregulate receptors.

Defintely do not use yohimbe to help upregulate receptors. Yohimbe is a stimulant, and it will only make matters worse. I would recommend a stimulant break for a few weeks and give your body some time to balance itself out

Oh yeah I forgot a few word actually. I meant that I'm in a hypocaloric diet with 700 calories less than my maintenance.

Oh okay then I'll try to find some Ketitofen.

I've also read that with Albu beta receptors took more time to saturate, some people reports using it for 8 straight weeks with ketitofen every two weeks to upregulate them and others are telling to do a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.

I'm confused about which is best considering the fact that I assume you "feel" it when your receptors are saturated

Being in a 700 calorie deficit is very drastic - I don't think that is wise and I wouldn't recommend such a steep calorie restriction. As far as albuterol goes, you won't "feel" you receptors being saturated, but you should feel an increase in energy and body temp while using it. If not, its possible you got some bunk albuterol.

I did it slowly I started from a 50 calories deficit then increased.

Oh okay so energy and heat are the factor to understand when to take a break in the cycle
