Diet on the go

Just looking for tips and ideas what to eat with little prep as possible, on the go during a work day with no microwave while trying to cut

Thanks!

I have found prepping small salads to be the easiest method while on the go. I'm on the road traveling for sales during the week, so I usually load up a Six Pack bag with 3 meals. When cutting my meals look like this:

-handful of spinach
-handful of brocolli slaw
-4-6oz of chicken or ground turkey
-low calorie dressing (usually lite italian or something <25 cals per serving)
-brown/white rice, almonds, olive oil to meet macro requirements for the day

I keep my meals small on the go since I don't have a lot of time, and I'm eating them while driving or between client meetings. Small meals like these keep me full and are low calorie, which then allows me to enjoy the rest of my calories at breakfast and dinner when I have more time to eat, relax, and enjoy the food. Hope this helps!

most convenient Meals i can think of.
Any type of sandwhich roll with meat, cheese etc.
Baked beans, Tins of tuna or other tinned meat sources.
If you have the space, tupperware from home with typical bro meal of meat and rice/potato/pasta.
overnight proats in a mason jar.

Top any of these with low cal condiments etc for flavor.

What do you mean "on the go"? I work out of a car and originally would eat chicken and rice cold. Eventually I started stopping at gas stations and community centers and using their microwaves. I've never been told no. Even the basic store has a microwave.

I have been in similar scenarios before and frankly protein powders and lower calorie macro friendly protein bars help tremendously.

Easy, can normally fit into any meal plan and don't require any fuss.

Tuna or chicken with pasta and mixed peppers is great with lite mayo and cayenne pepper. If you're struggling to fit in cals some low fat protein milk with handful of almonds/walnuts is great and will keep you full until dinner.

Get yourself an isobag this way you have a cooler with you and pack your meals in there. The meals will change based on your macros.
