I have my cycle ordered. I weigh 173 right now. My goal is to BULK and gain as little fat as possible. Im gonna go 6 weeks and dose it at 30 for the first three and might go up to 40 for the final 3 (depends on how satisfied i am after 3 weeks). As far as nutrition goes, Im gonna be eating around 3500 cals a day, 200g of protein, 305 grams of carbs, and the rest fat. Is this a good diet? Should I be eating more or less than that?
Also, I MMA (Intense cardio) Twice a week. Just so you know. I don't know if that will affect how many cals I need...
