I really don’t know where to post this as it deals with food and supplements...
However, I have been doing the Astounding 3 Day workout out for three weeks. I have seen awesome gains...up 60lbs on the bench press from the beginning of this particular workout. It should also be noted I have a very active job.. I'm always out and about doing something strenuous.
I keep a pretty light diet at a modest 2000-2300 calories/day. I consume 120+ grams of PFC Bio-Whey a day and probably at least another 90 grams of protein from meat, chicken or other foods. I try to snack on anything from pork rinds to Power Bars through the day.
My eating habits is as follows:
2 South Beach Diet vitamins
PFC protein shake - 2 scoops
Breakfast tacos. 2 egg, ham and cheese tacos a morning when going to work...keeps me sane lol
Power Bar or something similar.
Protein shake - 3 scoops
Protein based dinner...chicken, steak, cans of tuna, etc.
About once a week my GF and I go out for pizza as its a little tradition of ours.
I also have a container of GNC Mass Gainer sitting in the pantry that I could be incorporated into my diet. Post workout? Every day?
Question is...
What could I tweak about my diet that will allow for more muscle and strength?
