Diet help please

I need some advice on diet. I can't seem to get rid of my last inch of daddy fat. It's got to be my diet. Here is my info. Any help is appreciated.
Age - 46.
Weight - 165
Height: 5'8"
Supplements - protein, cla, multi
Drugs- 200 mg test cyp weekly. 1mg aramidex weekly. Hcg 1cc weekly.
Workout: hitt cardio 4x weekly. Weights Monday - Friday.
Diet:
calories goal 1800-2000 per day
Carb goal 100-150 g per day
Fat goal 65-70 g per day
Protein goal 280 g per day.
I use an app called db tracker and I track all my food intake daily. I usually am right on target with said goals. I did a cycle of shred matrix last month and saw some progress but nothing to write home about.
What the heck am I doing wrong? I want this belly gone but love my muscles I've gained while on test for the last 8 months.

Cal seem kinda high for your size to really lean out. I'd drop it down a bit. You could buy some cheap yet effective sups as well. Yohbime, green tea extract, and trib would be a nice stack. At your age a simple test booster may work wonders for ya.

Welcome to 40's hell, your going to have to take your cals lower and start mixing it up to fool your body. More meals, carb cycling, fasting, etc, etc you can't rely on what worked when you were 35, it won't work now (at least for most of us). Personally I would stay at maint until your done with your cycle and post cycle, then start playing with your diet. If all fails you could always give Albu or Clen a go.
