Diet for gaining weight

Hello :rant:

Weight gaining diet revolves around consuming 500 additional calories a day, which experts agree is optimum for controlled weight gain.

The key to formulating any meal for weight gain is to concentrate on a sensible blend of complex carbohydrates , lean protein , and healthy fats .

When attempting to gain weight, it is often beneficial to eat multiple small meals per day, rather than a few large meals.
 
Yep. That's pretty much the idea. Although I have been able to gain muscle weight faster with even higher caloric intakes, without having too much fat storage.
 
You are getting it. Jou now need to adhere to it and eveything will be fine... :P

Btw. i split my meals like this: P+F, and P+C... according to the need...

I bulk a lot cleaner that way...

yep controlled weight gain is key its pretty easy to let it get outta control by simply telling yourself "Im bulking"
