I don't think there is anything specific just because your using clen. Do what it normally takes for you to lose fat on, the clen is just a supplement to an already successful diet.

That's good. There are certainly other things for you to start out on rather than jumping right on clen. It wouldn't be something I'd recommend to someone for a first thermo/fat burner. Maybe something like OEP and/or alpha t2. Theres more to clen than just taking it and seeing results. Needs to be cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off to give your beta receptors a break from burn out. Also you need to take precautions with things like potassium and LOTS of taurine and water while on it because you WILL get cramps otherwise.
