Diet - Fat Burn - Meltdown

Hey guys, i was just wondering, if ive been lean bulking and getting about 3000 cals a day, and am already pretty lean (10-12% bf), If i were to use vpx meltdown to cut of those last 1 or 2 % but did NOT want to sacrifice strength in the process would i be alright sticking with 3000 cals a day, or would i want to cut them down. i currently weigh 175 so were not talking a huge amount of weight loss here. And if i did cotinue with 3000 cals a day, would i want to rearange my nutrient intake, and lower my carbs significantly or what....just looking for some help guys, thanks
 
3000 seems pretty high for ur weight man. im eating 3000 for a recomp, im not even cutting yet and im 195lbs. u might have to drop it by quite a bit. carbs are up to u i guess, im making progress going low carb but it took a while to adjust. theres plenty of random diets on here that people have used successfully. just see which one works for u.
 
3000 is good, i don't think you need to loose weight if you're currently 175 lbs. I ran in this page a couple of days ago, it should really help you.
