This was given to me by Obi Obadike when i weighed 200 lbs. It made me slim down like a mother ****er. This was with 45 minutes of cardio daily, 6 days in the gym a week. Cardio post workout. My question is, I am 207 now, some muscle some not. I am trying to cut down to 195, at 207, will this diet still be beneficial to me shredding fat quickly, or no?

no you will need to tweak it to your current state aka muscle mass because you will be bigger now (more muscular) there for to cut you will need more food that when you weighed less if you follow that diet you will undo all your work and then you will start to look like how did back when you cut the first time because you will loose to much muscle mass due to the deficiency in calories being to much
