Dienolone/DMZ/Test Log

How tall are you? Heaviest ive ever been was 230 and not that lean. Im around 210 Give or take a few lbs and feel the biggest ive ever been im also leaner than normal too though. I would love to get up to 250 and be as lean as i am now. That would be super cool
 
Yeah i thought under 220 was small for me but i feel big right now sitting at around 210. Im just under 6'2" so not much shorter. I do want to be 250 though lol. A few cycles down the road i will be

250-260 lean at our height is nice. Only thing for me, was eating was a full time job at that size. I’d be eating on top of a meal I just finished, eating and throwing up with no room in my belly. Short of breath after eating. I eventually stopped eating clean just so I could breath. Added butter cheese and coconut oil to literally everything...

So, the reason I’m on this bro split since February is to get back up to speed with my training. Coming up on 6 months back at it, do you think I should break up my split?
-My Tris are weak and preventing my bench from progressing
-Same with Bis
-My Delts are getting short changed weekly, as I only do an exercise or two for rear/medial on back, and only one raise exercises on Push day.

Maybe:
Chest
Back
Legs
Arms Shoulders
Off
Legs
Repeat
 
Stop thinking about body parts for a bit and start thinking about organization by movement. 5 months is long enough on a strictly hyper protocol - focus on increasing some money lifts for you, even if you aren’t worried about numbers generally.

If your trapbar deadlift goes up, or your one-arm Db row, or chin-up capacity rises - will you not likely get better muscularity?

You just said your bench is stagnant, so raising that should be a priority, for an example. And you said your triceps need brought up to do it, and we know kickbacks aren’t going to be the answer - you need something like CGBP, or perhaps a floorpress.

No, you are currently organizing your days around body parts, like powerbuilding where you do one big thing then a bunch of hypertrophy volume. You should be thinking more along the lines upper/lower, or even some full body days, if planning a strength phase.

Example:
Upper - Incline Bench, Bench, BB Rows
Lower - Squat, Trapbar Deadlift
off
Upper - OHP, CGBP, Chins
Lower - Deadlift, Frontsquat
off
off

And you would do accessories on those days as well as you see fit to help bring up weaknesses and eliminate imbalances.

As suspected, Ralox at only 50/day has not only smoked Nolva on Dien, but I’ve lowered my Letro to .625 every other day. The real test will be running it with Trest down the road and just a smidge of Letro for the low dose test I use.

Day 15, up a few lbs but workouts and eating has been all over the place, as well as DMZ dosage. I’m super over orals. I’m gonna finish this run strong but considering injectables only at some point.

I take the first 15mg, and then 15mg just prior to working out. It’s all “kicked in” regardless if I’ve skipped a few preworkout doses.

I feel you man. Eventually I cut it back to 230.

Day 20. Been consistently running right around 500/week of Dien. What I’ve noticed is it’s wetter over 350, and wetter with even small to moderate amounts of carbs. Which I kind of expected knowing and loving 19’s as much as I do. Strength is steadily climbing. I may push the dose more since it certainly feels like it’s not a bulker at lower doses. And I’d like to put on some lean size. Vascularity is some of the best I’ve experienced on just about anything.

DMZ I’m not taking enough to see very much. More is in the mail so I can stick with 30mg/day for the next 20 days. Should have just bought all of it up front, but unless I’m dosing wrong(it’s suspended in liquid) I should have easily got 30/day for 20 days, but at least 7 of the last 20 days I’ve only had 15mg and am running out today on day 20.

The recomping abilities of these two together are impressive. I look different and am 3 solid pounds up. Not a lot but my appearance looks like I’ve put on at least double that.

The look is truly far more important than the scale weight, in my opinion. I am looking far more built than 7 weeks ago despite only being down a few lbs.

Deca 450/week 1-20
Test C TRT dose 100-200/week
Dianabol 50mg week 1-7
GHRP-6 for hunger.
All the AI and Ralox in the universe
Prami as needed
NO PCT EVER

You probably won’t need a ton of AI, just whatever the Dbol demands of you. Ralox and caber will be what’s handling the Deca.

You aren’t abandoning this Dienelone blast are you?
 
Oh no. It’s very nice and enjoyable. Besides some night sweats. It’s a recomper for sure. I’m not blowing up, just putting on good quality muscle and leaning out. I don’t know if it’s a little diet, or the increase in Dien, or DMZ rounding third week, Or all 3, but I have some water on my abdomen. Workouts are fantastic, vascularity is top notch. Just not jumping in strength very quickly. I’m expecting the last 20 days of DMZ and another increase in Dien and carbs, and I’ll get some more size and strength.
 
Dmz usually really kicks in for me at 3 weeks in so thats about right

Yeah this, takes a good 2 weeks or so for me and 3 for the vascularity. Nutrient partitioning and pumps are asap, but it takes time for gains to begin showing in size and power.

DMZ is a great 6-weeker.
 
Finally up 6 lbs. late bloomer I guess. Please try to talk me out of it, but I’m adding 12.5mg/day Trest to the fire. I have faith and my nipples say go for it!
 
Well you have every base covered gyno-wise, it just seems like overkill for what’s supposed to be a cutting phase. Or is this a bulk now?

I feel aside from the vascularity on Dien, they both can cut well with lower carbs. Trest at low doses goes well with everything to me it seems...
 
Update!
Last day on DMZ. Either I dosed too low or it was underdosed/bunk. Dienolone was great, not as good as Tren not Trest but good. I made the decision to drop to 100mg eod for the last 3 weeks and add in 25mg Trest eod. I’m super glad I did. Recomping great WITH the vascularity of Dien. I looked so lean and dry this morning when I woke up. Gained only 5 lbs total. I feel like if the DMZ was legit it would have been 10 lbs.

I really feel Trest plus Dien is amazing FYI. Prami is an absolute MUST! especially with the Dien which WILL cause limp noodle. I can handle Trest 100% with Raloxifene ONLY. Next 3 weeks are gonna be good I promise. Also been eating 10-20 Dbol 2 hours prior to gym.
 
You did run the DMZ super low, but if it had been at least 30mg I would basically guarantee 5lbs of muscle and glycogen.

Glad the cycle is treating you so well!
 
My Dbol is legit. And I bought 500 of em. Just the pwo dose has jumped me more in strength than both Dienolone and Dmz has for 6 weeks at any point. Time to bulk now! like August 10th I’m all in.. got two vials of Lantus so it’s gonna be stupid
