As far as I know it's main effect is pde5 inhibition, so increased blood flow resulting in stronger erections. I can't find any literature stating it directly leads to increased libido. Probably a lot of those who claims increased libido was placebo (stronger erections therefor making them think they're hornier).
Has anyone ran icariin/hgw and can confidently say it directly boosted their libido?
