Did I ruin my peptides

I have a question about ghrp6. This is my first time using peptides so this is new to me. But I got 2 5mg bottles in the mail about a month ago. But I have not used them yet or mixed them I let them sit in my living room since they where not mixed. I wanted to know if I ruined them? Can I still use them? I heard they where ok for up to 60 days unmixed in 45 degrees Celsius. Is this true. I'm using ghrp 6 for appetite increase because mines is so low.

Have you tried something like Controlled Labs Black Hole or PES Anabeta Elite for appetite?

I don't know much about peptides, but I do know you'd get better answers in the anabolic section.
