I just noticed that I have a strange lump on my left hand, on the backside below my middle finger, about an inch up from my wrist. I don't remember seeing it even as recently as a couple hours ago. It is about 1/2 inch diameter and about 3/16 inch tall in the middle. It feels squishy but has something small and solid behind it. It seems to look and feel more noticeable if I make a fist. No pain at all no matter what I do to it. I think I may have torn a ligament or strained something, any ideas? I haven't done any unusual exercise lately, but I did have a marathon sex session with my girlfriend Saturday night and then fell asleep on that arm, which I usually never do.
