Dicing up with EPIC UNLEASHED and STRENGTH

Morning weigh in results weight down.

I weighed in this morning at and, drum roll please. ..................183.

I look lean as he** and am definitely not bloated in the least. This is definitely my weight at the water depleted end of the spectrum. If you remember on friday i weighed 188. So my real weight i would say is somewhere in between the two 188-183. All i know is,it feels really great to know all my hard work and discipline is moving things in the right direction. It feels even better to know i don't need to lower my daily calories yet.

I woke up this morning super sore. The over head pressed really did a number on my shoulders. As i predicted my legs are fairly sore but most of all, its Abs, holy smokes are they torn up. I will definitely be doing the cable crunches every workout moving forward. All i want for Christmas is a nice set of abs. That will be the gift i give myself. This is the leanest i have ever been on my body building journey and i have a feeling that some where between 172-175 will be my diced to the socks weight. I know i won't get there in this log but if you follow me into my next log,i could see myself getting very close to that level of cutness.

Lower body workout

Decided to do split squats or as others call them barbell lunges. I used a light weight, focused on squeezing the muscle and hitting solid reps. I did

135*12*4 sets per leg

I then went up stairs to do a superset of lying leg curls and leg extensions. I did four sets total but split them in two due to being cautious and wanting to avoid cramping.

And home time. I hate Mondays, so many long work days ahead, back to the grind tomorrow. Going to do an upper workout tomorrow starting with abs. I plan on doing another cardio session on Friday. I am saying that here and now so that there will be no getting out of my next date with the stairs.

Morning weigh in results

Today i weighed in at 184.6. This is up 1.6 pounds since my last weigh in but shows the overall downward trend in my weigh. I can see veins now on my lower abs and some clear definition in my abdominal area. When i started this log i weighed 190 so weight is moving in the right direction

Feeling worn out today. Today was probably a day i should've stayed home but i decided to grind it out anyways.

Im going to take tomorrow as a rest day. I may take Thursday as a rest day as well, i know right now im in that zone of having over reached. I need to give my body some down time and really load up on protein. Its hard to take more than one day off in a row but i know it may be necessary to get my cns back in gear.

Was feeling better today. In the past when i felt as awful as i did on tuesday id of definitely needed two days off but today i was good to go. Stack of epi/lax i feel aids recovery.

Great workout. I've thoroughly enjoyed this stack and its recovery benefits. The endurance aspect of the epi really shines through.

So i talked to my physique competitor friend alot tonight at the gym. He is extremely informative and very helpful when it comes to dieting. He has done alot of shows and knows so much about dieting hacks that it's really quite impressive. He helps me out alot and is super friendly, goes out of his way to help me with my form and answers all my questions. He gave me a fair assessment of my physique and told me that my body fat was much lower than i thought it was. He estimates that i am no more than 10 percent body fat and probably closer to 8 percent. He says that there is no way i am as high as i thought i was as he can see my ribs and all the veins snaking around my lower abs. He says that a mistake alot of people make is they continue to drop calories and weight in an attempt to make the 6 pack pop but says he can see all my abs and i need to go more towards a recomp to make everything pop. He is going to help me adjust my diet and really set up my macros and carb cycle. He says i need to do a full carb load up day and up my calories to about 3500 starting next week. He also gave me alot of information about where the calories should come from based on a carb cycling approach. Without getting into too much detail, i am going to fearlessly do everything he says. He is going to help me adjust my diet on a weekly basis and has assured me to just trust the process and everything will come in. He says if i keep going at the rate i am going i will lose a substantial amount of muscle and i need to make adjustments now before it's too late.

He sounds like he knows what he's talking about, must be nice to have someone to give this kind of input to you

Its really nice, im very appreciative of all the information he gives me, i try to soak it up like a sponge. The majority of the building is done in the kitchen and the more i can learn from those who have walked the walk the better. Tomorrow im going to carb load, all clean sources, rice potatoes etc. And aim for around 400 grams of carbs. My cals will be going up next week but i have no fear, i trust the process.

I forgot to do my weigh in this morning. I did weigh in around 2 and weighed 184. I slept wonderfully last night. I took Arnold's iron dream and plan on using it 5 days on two off from now on to help combat my sleep issues of late. As you probably know I'm heading more in a recomp direction based on the knowledgeable advice of a friend of mine. This log is coming to a close within the next few days so hopefully you'll all follow me into my next log.

I just realized tomorrow will be my last day of this log. The first progress photo i posted i didn't have a pump or do any exercise before hand. So my final pic i felt like i should follow the same protocol

Start/Finish progress photos. The first one i weigh 190 the second one i weigh 184.

Final review

Today is sadly my last day of epic/strength supplementation. Its been a fun ride and i want to thank Olympus Labs for giving me a chance to try their brand of epicatien, i thoroughly enjoyed it.

Value: 7 out of 10

I gave this a 7 because running this stack would not have been cheap had i purchased it all myself. If i was to purchase it, i'd probably buy it from nutriverse and get the bogo for 79.99 because you'll want to run it for 2 months. The strength i purchased from flexitnutrition for 36.19 a bottle. So the cheapest that you can make this stack for would be 76.19, that for me is doable but other people this may be a bit too expensive for a one month supplement run. If you do decide to run epi/ laxogenin though this is the way i would suggest to do it because although there are combo products out on the market, this way you will know youre getting a full servings of both

My workouts: 8 out of 10

For the most part i had great workouts while on this stack and i really feel like it enabled me to push a little harder and go further. For the most part i never burnt out in the gym even when i had fasted all day and only had bcaa's in my system. I definitely had great pumps and the recovery between sets is worth noting.

Recovery: 9 out of 10
I pushed some really hard workouts and yet the next day ,for the most part, i was still up to training. I was able to recover from my workouts really fast which allowed me to be back in the gym more often and get more out of my workouts. I feel like recovery is where this stack really shines. More work done=more muscle kept while in a calorie deficit.

Expectations met: 10/10

I held onto all of my strength while supplementing with this combo and i even feel as though i got a touch stronger. This is exceptional as it is pretty unheard of to take a natural supplement, lose body fat and gain a bit of strength.

Body fat loss: 8 out of 10

I feel like this stack helped me primarily lose body fat and retain most of my muscle. I don't think i lost any muscle and in a month i lost six pounds. The weight lost came from a calorie deficit but the type of weight lost is where i feel the laxogenin and epi did their part.

Would i buy again?

Most definitely i would run this stack again. If i wasn't going to be doing another product log starting soon id buy more epic unleashed. The only thing stopping me from getting more epic is wanting to know how these other products treat me without an epic advantage.

How does it stack up to other epi products?

Ive tried 3 and this one is by far a million times better than bsl epicat. As for the other one i used, its tough to say because i used it on a bulk and i used this on a cut. Id definitely say, if you don't respond to regular epi, this one is worth a shot.

As a final note id like to say that these products will not work for you if you don't put the effort in. They aren't steroids or ph's, you won't gain muscle without putting in the grueling work. Everything else must be on point if you expect to get anything out of these products. Yes the pump will be apparent without having everything else on point but that won't take you very far. If you are on top of your diet to the point where you weigh your food and track your macros, get enough rest and train hard this stack will definitely give you an edge. If youre not on top of everything else then don't bother because you won't be able to see the positives and will claim it bunk . Eat, train, sleep first. Then supplements.

Holy **** bro.... You are diced...sorry I showed up so late bro =( didn't even think to click your name and track your log down.

Great log and summary. Great results too.

Ill be starting the next log soon, maybe as soon as tomorrow, still waiting on exotherm and incinderine to show up. I always order everything to my mums house because i live in an apartment and this way i don't have to go to post office to get my packages. Could be there already
