I just heard about this about a week ago and looked it up and it seems like a very interesting trace mineral with many benefits, do any of y'all take it? I just started taking it yesterday

After a quick Google search it seems to be a folk remedy to treat intestinal worms?

Diatomaceous earth is used in pool treatment...it can kill you if inhaled.

Food grade DE is fine to take, I did ~2Tbs/Day for a year or two. Wolf Creek Ranch is where I got mine. In addition to being a mechanical killer of parasites (which is how I originally got it - for my dog's food and to dust with for fleas/ticks) it also has some supposed benefits as far as virus' and arterial plaque.

Tastes like you would expect - like dirt, LOL

I'm talking about food grade DE. I'm reading about many benefits of heart and arteries and lungs, something having to do with collagen which makes me wonder if it can transfer over muscle wise or atleast help with recovery/repair
