Wow, that's an awfully broad question. Is that all your doing is a stand alone dbol cycle? test base? Have you ever taken anything hormonal before? And do you have a pct lined up?
I've always heard to take 2 a day (1morn & 1nite) for 5 days and then go to 4 a day (2morn & 2night). That is pretty much side free and a good strength gain.
Dbol makes me bloat for some reason. When I did it that way, I didn't seem to retain water. Thats just me and I know that everyone is diffrent-Thats all I meant by "side."
