I am really curious about what the best method to take dianabol is- spaced out throughout the day, or one big dose pre-workout. I have seen both recommendations online and I was wondering which one provides the maximum gains and size. Is a more stable blood level better for size, or a higher peak around the workout? The experienced folks here who tried out both methods- which method worked out best for you?
Also, has anyone tried dosing dbol only on their workout days? This would be when you have something underneath going already- like test. Is this something worth doing, to reduce side effects or damage to the body? What do you think?
