Lately my hands have been going numb a lot it got so bad I almost dropped 2 100lb dumbbells on my feet doing farmers walks. Any suggestions to combat this

Wish that were an option but moneys so tight I'm bout to take the Xbox to the pawnshop so I can get groceries
