Has she really tried thermogenesis yet? I know she started out under the weather, didn't know if she was out of it enough to start trying it.

2 caps this morning. Feeling the heat all day. Core warmth and it's really good.
No jitters.
No sides to speak of other than more sweaty during workouts.
Retaining water so upping intake and may be over doing sodium.
Switching from keto to normal deficit diet. Not liking the headaches and work suffers. Grumpy does not work in retail. Lol.

I dosed 2 at once and was pretty stimulated lol.Update from yesterday, and today (off day from HST)
Dosing 2 caps each day, and core is lightly warm throughout the day but really start sweating more than usual when working out.
Thoughts?
I'm wondering if anyone has dosed more than 2 per day? 2 caps morning pre workout, and mid-day before 1:00p so as to not disturb sleep patterns?
I say 1:00p because this has at least 8 hours effective life from my experience, and I go to bed early on days before my workout.

OF COURSE 4 caps daily would yield better results in the short term, but bottle would run out rather quickly [15 days]....losing weight [fat] is based more on the long term than short term...if you were to blow thru a bottle in 2 weeks and get decent results while 'on' I am afraid you would feel a significant let down when your bottle is empty....of course if you had lots of dough you could just stock up!!!!Update from yesterday, and today (off day from HST)

Good point. I was wondering the effect but would rather do this log more justice to stay at the recommended dose.

Yesterday I dosed 3 caps anyway. No real difference.
Good day but my energy took a bit of a dive at 2:30 so maybe that is a partial response. Unsure.
Also. I took a cheat day. Ate a 16" sausage pizza and a full plate of tomatoes, basil, and cheese with balsamic vinegar.
Myself. Lol. Felt fat last night woke up feeling great.
Ready to take on the day.

I've been cheating a lot lately to be honest. I've been working 8-10 shifts everyday. So fast food is all I can get on the run.Such an accurate statement

So far, really enjoying this run. The diet hasn't been adjusted to far from my normal fair removed from the keto and I do see slight body compositional changes. Even though slightly, the feel goodness of this supplement has complimented the thermo side of it.
I'm going to be finishing the bottle before posting any more updated images as I want to give this supplement a chance to shine. Really getting into the HST finally, and I believe it has helped for building size and strength but at the same time made it difficult to visually see drastic changes. Getting a little bigger in the right places, and fat is dwindling overall.
I'd love to have a chance to test my body fat more accurately than visual, but it is what it is at this point. May invest $15 in a self-test caliper kit.
Dosing today, two caps together in the afternoon. (Day off)
HST (M/W/F) May add a little :cough: cardio :cough: on days off.

Getting killed with deliciousness! I wouldn't have it any other way. Went to 3 different family get togethers today. Probably consumed 6k calories today. And I've been sick!
