She's good but still needs to follow up with doc and make sure it was isolated.
Otherwise good! Looking forward to weeks 3/4 of HST and losing the fat.

Has she really tried thermogenesis yet? I know she started out under the weather, didn't know if she was out of it enough to start trying it.

HST does sound kinda interesting. Studhorse sent me some solid info that I need to go through again

Not yet. HST is different. It's circuit training but with a twist. I used to do something similar when I was younger.
 
2 caps this morning. Feeling the heat all day. Core warmth and it's really good.

No jitters.
No sides to speak of other than more sweaty during workouts.

Retaining water so upping intake and may be over doing sodium.

Switching from keto to normal deficit diet. Not liking the headaches and work suffers. Grumpy does not work in retail. Lol.

Once your in full blown keto for a while this all goes away you just need to get past the carb drug withdrawal.

Daily Observation
Not much to report today regarding Thermogenesis other than I dosed two caps in the mid day instead of morning, and I did have more energy through to 4:30p when I left work, whereas usually at 2:30p I want to slit my wrists. (retail) lol.

Effect of energy has been consistently clean, and no negative sides that I can attribute to Thermogenesis.
I was retaining water as noted yesterday, and today I upped my water intake, watched sodium a bit closer and feel so much better.
I've since discontinued the pursuit of a keto diet in lieu of watching caloric intake. I'm running a slight deficit (200-300 calories) and might decrease more next week.

Tomorrow will be Day 2 / Week 3 of HST
My back is feeling a heck of a lot better today, and am looking forward to pushing some iron around tomorrow!
 
Everybody is ditching that craziness. Glad you're feeling better bud and can get back to lifting

Dosing 2 caps each day, and core is lightly warm throughout the day but really start sweating more than usual when working out.

I'm wondering if anyone has dosed more than 2 per day? 2 caps morning pre workout, and mid-day before 1:00p so as to not disturb sleep patterns?
I say 1:00p because this has at least 8 hours effective life from my experience, and I go to bed early on days before my workout.
 
Why not try it out on a day you won't be lifting?

OF COURSE 4 caps daily would yield better results in the short term, but bottle would run out rather quickly [15 days]....losing weight [fat] is based more on the long term than short term...if you were to blow thru a bottle in 2 weeks and get decent results while 'on' I am afraid you would feel a significant let down when your bottle is empty....of course if you had lots of dough you could just stock up!!!!

Good point. I was wondering the effect but would rather do this log more justice to stay at the recommended dose.

Yesterday I dosed 3 caps anyway. No real difference.

Good day but my energy took a bit of a dive at 2:30 so maybe that is a partial response. Unsure.

Also. I took a cheat day. Ate a 16" sausage pizza and a full plate of tomatoes, basil, and cheese with balsamic vinegar.
Myself. Lol. Felt fat last night woke up feeling great.

Ready to take on the day.

Edit. Yes my wife got some pizza. 3-4 pieces.

The extra cap. Might have been just enough stim to cause an immediate response in your system when it ran dry
 
Splitting dose today. 1 am and 1 at lunch.

The waiter could not believe I put that pizza away so easy. Lol.

Refocused. Ready to rock my man!
 
Today

Dosed 1 in the AM and another in the Afternoon has been working well for me. No crash at 2:30 today.
Granted, I get up a bit early. 4:00a and dose about 4:30a, which might help with some people moving forward.

I ate some pizza at my job last night. I got hungry doing heavy labor and said fck it

He ll I do this all the time! Got to live a little. As long as you don't eat the whole pizza. There are things much worse that have little to no nutritional value like soda pop.
 
Same protocol today:

1 cap in the morning and one at lunch, and energy has sustained all day.
 
So far, really enjoying this run. The diet hasn't been adjusted to far from my normal fair removed from the keto and I do see slight body compositional changes. Even though slightly, the feel goodness of this supplement has complimented the thermo side of it.

I'm going to be finishing the bottle before posting any more updated images as I want to give this supplement a chance to shine. Really getting into the HST finally, and I believe it has helped for building size and strength but at the same time made it difficult to visually see drastic changes. Getting a little bigger in the right places, and fat is dwindling overall.

I'd love to have a chance to test my body fat more accurately than visual, but it is what it is at this point. May invest $15 in a self-test caliper kit.

Dosing today, two caps together in the afternoon. (Day off)
HST (M/W/F) May add a little :cough: cardio :cough: on days off.

My diet has been lacking to say the least this week. I think I've gained 5 pounds.
Monday begins anew with week 6 of HST.

My wife has said she wants to start out Thermogenesis on Monday moving forward, but I think she should start on the 1st of January just like everyon starting out on their yearly quote unquote resolutions. I want her eating clean and I know that's not going to happen until then. Not the way she's been cooking. (Killing me with deliciousness).

Getting killed with deliciousness! I wouldn't have it any other way. Went to 3 different family get togethers today. Probably consumed 6k calories today. And I've been sick!
