DHT Compounds Nizoral Shampoo Usage?

Im going to be using a moderate DHT compund and have nizoral 1% and going to be using it EOD but does that mean just once every other day or if you wash your hair twice a day you use it both those times or just one of those times?

I just use it every time I shampoo my hair, whether its ED or EOD. It's best to use something topical (twice) daily as well, such as spironolactone or azelaic acid (and minoxidil as well since it is usually combined with AA so why not).

I use 2%, every night and leave it on while I sleep
Wash it out in morning
I have very sensitive skin and have no issues, also complete hair regrowth

Yes, it had thinned considerably, but not receded.
Don't expect regrowth on a DHT though, it's more damage mitigation

Oh I see. My hairline receded a long time ago, but it wasn't related to PH/AAS. I almost dropped my phone when I read your first post hehe
