Yes. I recently tried getting on TRT but the clinic I went through said they couldn’t prescribe me anything because my testosterone was 930. My free test was on the low end of the normal range so someone suggested Proviron as a way to boost my free test. Thank you for the advice and recommendation.Only taking proviron? Either way Just get a dht blocking shampoo. Saw palmetto I know is used in prostate support products which is always good, but a shampoo will be more localized to the specific issue you are trying to combat
Taking something to block dht from proviron is just going to stop the proviron from working. Proviron is DHT and you're going to take something that's going to stop your body from being able to convert DHT. Taking a DHT blocker with proviron is pretty much like you're not taking provironI am taking Proviron and wondering if saw palmetto is a good dht blocker to prevent hair loss. I’ve heard mixed things and as everyone know you can find an article to back up an argument as well as discredit the same argument. If it’s not then I’d like some recommendations

I think Only if it's a 5ar inhibitor, sorry I'm not very clear headed right now as I took some pain meds but a normal dht blocker stops the DHT conversion. So it would stop testosterone from converting into DHT.That did seem weird. “I need a DHT blocker to go with my DHT.” Uh, okay?
It shouldn’t stop the proviron from working though, most “DHT blockers” just decrease the 5AR enzyme.
Shouldn't have said get no benefits. But DHT is the cause of the benefits with proviron.
Idk how many of you have ever used proviron, but for most ppl it doesn't do anything. Unless your suffering from Ed or low libido, it seems to be rocket fuel for guys over 60 in that department

But but proviron already is DHT, so a 5ar inhibitor like finastride can't do anything for straight dht.
In order to block the DHT from proviron or winni or something that's already dht I think you would have to actually stop the DHT from working and in return you get no benefits from the DHT based product you're taking.
I gotta be honest, the more I think about this the more confusing I'm getting lol.
On a side note, I'm assuming this whole threat is related to hair loss because you're trying to block DHT and proviron's not really known to cause hair loss
