What good is DHEA? Is it good for PCT or just a regular test boost? Or something else altogether? I've been getting a lot of mixed info if anyone can set me straight.
i've read its nasty for side effects on younger people. Im kinda skeptical about it. bought some from the drug store the other day just for the hell of it. I've read you need a prescrip for it in canada. Im assuming its potent sh*t if thats the case.
From what I've read, it is a hormone that you want to test for. If deficient then begin at 25mgs and test again in 5 months. I guess well known side effects can be 1) excessive assertiveness or crabbiness, and 2) insomnia if taken at bedtime.
it's not powerful. its a precursor to a precursor to test. it also converts to estrogen and DHT and some cortisol reducing hormones. Its the most abundant hormone in your body. It's like the building blocks to hormones...good and bad. people believe that pct or when you are older you have less of these building blocks so dhea supplements your body with some to help make the good hormones you are lacking. if you already have plenty then it might not help you much. I've never felt anything from it. I'd recommend an AI with it so you dont get a bunch of estrogen from it.
