I've just started taking DHEA, d-aspartic acid, and DIM. I'm not looking for opinions on whether or not this is a good stack, Im looking for dosage and cycle recommendations. are these things I should cycle off of and if so how long should I cycle. I'm 6'1 about 190 and no more than 10% body fat I've been training for about 5-6 years. I've heard d-aspartic acid does not need to be cycled, is that true? Should I cycle off of this stack and for how long? Also heard that DIM doesnt need to be cycled. Looking forward to some answers, hopefully from Dana Houser!
