Dhea by Examine

DHEA Why it is a proven option Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a compound needed to produce testosterone and estrogen. People with low hormone levels can supplement DHEA to increase testosterone and estrogen levels. DHEA does not act directly on the androgen or estrogen receptors. Instead, DHEA circulates throughout the body and can be called on by the body to create hormones as needed. Supplementing DHEA will not increase testosterone levels above normal. People with healthy hormone levels do not need to supplement DHEA. DHEA is most reliable when supplemented by people suffering from age-related low testosterone. As DHEA is a mild CYP3A4 inhibitor, it should not be used alongside pharmaceuticals that are metabolized by this enzyme. How to take it To supplement DHEA, take 25 – 50 mg once a day, with a meal.

I have some questions!
Did anyone use Dhea?
50mg a day what should I wait for?
How long can I run?
Better to pair an anti-estrogen?

How old are you? What else do you take if all anything?

Dhea at those doses has been shown in several studies to not negatively affect LH/FSH levels. And would likely not influence androgens unless you are over 40. Excess just gets converted to inert (mostly) intermediates that may Agonize the prostrate and not confer many benefits. That said, your age is important.

Regarding what Examine says, do you have something to say?

Sorry for the delay in response. As far as the dosage factoring in your age...It is safe to take 25-50 mg per day, likely indefinitely. The studies that have been done on men in this age range don’t show any changes in androgens or estrogens after several months (even up to dosages in the hundreds). I’d say try it and see if it makes a difference in your life in general, but don’t except any performance enhancements from dhea, regardless of dosage. Best to get blood work to see if you are even deficient in dhea. But factoring in how cheap it is and the low risk at 25-50 mg per day it is prob safe to just try that dosage range for a few months and take it from there.
