Dhea and 7-OH dhea together?

Would it be wise to take 25mg of dhea orally and reduce XT (7-OH)

Wondering if this would be overkill on DHEA?

It would not be overkill, 7-oh does not convert to any sex hormones and regular DHEA does, so they're doing two totally different things in the body. But 25mg oral DHEA probably won't do much of anything for you. Have you considered a transdermal DHEA? also what kind of results are you hoping to see?
