Is this an effective combo for adding 5-10 pounds of muscle? I’m 6’0 210 and just starting to workout again, I bench 305 right now and bench twice a week on chest/tricep days, I workout biceps and shoulders twice a week as well, what type of gains can I expect from this combo? Not looking for anything crazy just want to lean up a little bit and get my bench back up.

If you started working legs you could gain a lot more then 5-10 lbs with no cycle
 
Seriously, back and legs are the 2 biggest muscle groups in your body and you dont work them smh.
 
Well fine then I’ll start doing them I have a good leg program I used to do, 2 years ago I was squatting 420 8 times. Do you have any reccomendations for a good back workout?? I don’t really wanna get into roids too much and try to look like Rich Piana or some ****, I just want to make some decent muscle gains while I’m on this cycle. Also any advice for any bicep workouts for adding mass fast, I have 16” arms and would like to get to 18” in 3 months or so. Any help would be much appreciated I’m new to all of this ****, thanks.

Pull ups rows and rack pulls, thats pretty much all i do, sometimes pull downs after pull ups. I do as many sets of pull ups it takes to get 50 , then i do bentvover rows in the smith machine followed by rack pulls from just below the knees

I try to do everything 2x a week. No special advice on biceps. Takes time. But i never met someone with a big back and skinny arms. Biceps do a lot of work on pull ups and rows. After back i do triceps. After chest i do hammer curls, reverse curls and finish with machine preacher curls. By the way. Gear wont make you look like rich. That takes years of gear and tons of food
 
Wow, the OP sounds like a legit moron. Doesn't train legs or back,cannot figure out how to search the internet,yet willing to **** his endocrine system up.
