DFLP Log Starting 3-12-06

I'm a little late starting this log, but hopefully this will do. Here are my starting stats:

Weight: 252 lbs
Bodyfat: 20-22% (caliper readings vary a little)
Waist: 42.25
Chest: 45
Thigh: 28
Arm: 17

I'll try to update this as often as possible...I'm looking forward to seeing some change!!

Days 1 & 2 have been 100% on track. Except for catching a cold, I'm feeling great!!
 
Sorry for the lack of updates...I had to go out of town for a few days. I had to miss a couple of workouts due to this, but I was able to stick with my diet, except for one meal.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical about the amount of calories that I was supposed to be eating, since it was a lot higher than I was typically eating. But I figured that I would give it a shot--I figured Bobo would adjust my calories if nothing was happening.

I got on the scale yesterday morning and was down 8 lbs!!!! I'm figuring that most of it was water, but I really didn't think that I would lose much since I was taking in more calories.

I have always been the type to use supplements to correct for bad eating habits, so Bobo has kept me from joining Supplements Anonymous...hehe.

Anyways, here are my stats after 1 week:

Weight: 244 lbs
BF: 20.7% (18mm)
Waist: 42 in.
Chest: 45 in.
Arm: 17 in.
Thigh: 28 in.
