Dextrose, Waxy Maize and diahhrea

they both did it for me.

I just stick to ground oats and whey for PWO now.

ground oats has a reasonable GI level.. enough for an insulin spike.
 
Lol no doubt man... i bought dextrose and WMS both in bulk only to figure that my stomach goes ape **** when i consume them....
 
ive used both for a long period of time and experienced no diahrea. i think its all about how your body reacts to the stuff.
