dexamethasone and bodybuiling?

hello.googled this ,its a steroid giving to people with cancer.my friend's son is on it and she says hes getting bigger.would there be any use in running this for bodybuilding?
 
It's a corticosteroid, which is typically catabolic to muscle tissue by nature. Any weight gain by your friend's son is most likely water weight, which is a known side-effect of corticosteroids.
