Got my dexa done today. I’ve lost 150lbs since 2022 (317lbs>167lbs) so the loose skin was throwing off my image and hiding some progress. I really wanted to be as lean as possible before starting my bulk cycle. I was guessing 15-17% going into this. Dexa puts me at 10.6%!!!! I think it might be a tad bit generous as loose skin can be interpreted as lean mass but either way, my total fat mass was 7995g! So only around 17.6lbs total fat and only 194g of that was visceral fat.
So the cut has officially ended on that note. The original plan was 500mg test and 250mg eq per week. But since this is my first blast at age 35, I’m keeping it clean and going with 600mg test cyp only for 20 weeks. AI on hand of course.
Supporting supps
• rTG Fish Oil – 4 grams/day
• Ubiquinol – 200 mg/day
• NAC – 1000 mg/day • TUDCA – 500 mg/day • Berberine DHB – 1000 mg/day with meals
• Vitamin D3 – 5000 IU/day
• Vitamin K2 MK-7 – 100 mcg/day
• Magnesium Glycinate – 500 mg/day before bed
