Like its ben stated I'm a 22 year old male who last september went to the doctor for concerns about foggy memory being tired all the time low concentration, low labido and no motivation the first test came back showing Low Free T and ever since Ive been thrown between doctors all unwilling to admit the problem. Ive tried to do it their way i.e. wellbutrin, pristiq (no use) and an urologist gave me a perscription for viagra which seems ridiculous seeing as though theres no desire in the first place. I'm 5'10, lift heavy x5 per week eat clean and do regular cardio - last year in school my marks suffered because of constant depression and anxiety and the mind fog and lethargy and I would honestly appreciate some help from people who have been in the same place and dealt with similar issues.

I had a 8am cortisol, they said that that was more accurate and it registered as fine as for the others I have them already - and have supplemented 5000iu or D3 for 7 months doing nothing after it was recommended. Thyroid has come back normal as well.

sTSH 1.87 (0.35-5.00 mIU/L)
Ferratin 97 (normal 80-300)
Sodium 140 (135-145)
Potassium 4.4 (3.3-5.1 nmol/L)
B12 584 (sufficiency >220pmol/L)
Urate 295 (200-440 umol/L/)

If it will not conflict with the meds you are already on, I strongly suggest you look into Primordial Performance's Andro Drive. I had some of the cognitive symptoms you listed and AD did wonders for me. Interestingly enough, I've been off of it about 6 weeks and the positive effects have remained.

They don't ship to Canada, in addition wouldn't a SERM test work better to discover if I'm primary or secondary - and looking at my levels DHEA is out of range would supplementing with DHEA raise my testosterone?

With the test levels that they are is it really wise of me to use a PH as a short term treatment - could it not complicate problems?

When you workout how do you feel
Do you get a pump or feel drained out all the time?
Lifting heavy 5 days a week could be a bit much...what do you typically eat to mantain this workout regimen?

Ive been using this regime for almost 3 years, usually i feel pumped and good for a few hours after and then start coming down - on rest days don't get me started, feel lethargic tired and down. I eat between 150-175g of protein filling the rest with fats and carbs averaging between 2500 and 3000 calories a day.

in the lab work done here is says that the normal range for B12 is anything over 225 - doctor actually remarked mine was really high?
Ive asked for free thyroid 3 to be tested and thyroid 4, and he says that unless the THS is out of range hes not going to ask for lab work on those two without a reason... basically they don't want to help me

I can't really say on the SERM. I am just speaking from personal experience and specifically about your terms in BOLD.

DR's are only going to use what they are taught in medical school. The system over there is 10 times worse then hear in the USA. I feel sorry for people I work with in UK. Its one very unhealthy society over there..

Sux you can't get Andro Drive in CAN. It would be worth a try if all the other options fail. Good luck man. I know how bad I felt until I used it and it sounds like you may be worse off than I was. Hang in there!

I'm planning on doing a SERM test starting Friday August 31 with Nolvadex @ 25mg ed for 8-12 weeks depending on its effects, I know low DHEA has bad side effects similar to Low T in that it causes mood problems and lack of labido/morning wood. Can I expect any benifit on my DHEA levels from the SERM test?

Geting pumps is good that's signals that some of your systems do work. By looking at the blood work you seem to have a low production of total testosterone. THat most likely is the cause of your feeling crappy. WIth that being said, when did you start having these symptoms? Anything happened in your life out of the ordinary?
Here is the deal, it is possible that you may have pituitary fatigue which basically is saying that it works just not too well. Causes could be food, in which case you dont absorb nutrients and your body is starved for nutrition. OR it could be environmental cause where you have been exposed to something or you took something without knowing what it would do. Lastly, it could just be genetic.

Easiest thing to eliminate is food. Most common food problems are carbs in forms of grains. You could switch your body from burning glucose for energy to burning fat. Just slowly eliminate all grains, eat a fruit or 2 a day and the rest fat and protein and vegetables. Keep fat around 60-70% of your total caloric intake and the rest protein and few carbs from 1-2 fruits a day and take a lot of vitamins and minerals.
See how this works for 1-2 months. If it doesnt do much then unfortunately you can look at other causes. During this try pull back on the gym to 3 days a week and let your body rest more.
Unfortunately without not knowing more about you this is the best I can advise you on.

I think you should do the diet approach first. See if any changes occur. Also, I would stay clear of those antidepressants. More harm than good. You need to stay at a base line without meds to see what if anything will work. THen make one change at the time to see if it works.
Listen if nothing works then go on HRT but you must try different approaches to identify the real cause of the problem first.

There are a few things that I suspect could be the culprit:
In high school I was on a very strict diet, which caused me to loose quite a bit of weight. At 19 i went on Accutane for 6 months (dosages: 40mg x1month, 80mgx2months, 80/120mg eodx3 months),
I lived in a residence the last two summers and at the time my eyes would swell shut, and I needed to go to the hospital quite a few times - as it turns out it was covered in black mold,
Following the black mold I couldn't swim competitively due to chlorine now effecting my eyelids and making them swell shut SO
2 years ago in a rugby training camp I took a concussion that left me without hearing for 3 weeks in my right ear.
After the concussion I was banned from the game and Rowed Crew, From September - November I trained 3 hours in the morning, did weight training, slept 4-6 hours a night and ate a below my caloric needs - by the end of season I couldn't walk up 3 stairs without being winded, I was sick, and in my last few races my skin would molt purple and lips and gums would be blue ect...

So any one of those could of done it I guess.

Its my last year in school and the only thing I can think about is training to swim, the weight room and the pool I'm afraid are the only things that make my life bearable atm

Ok, it is possible there could be adrenal fatique. If I were you the first thing I would do is to change the diet. Go on an higher fat 150g or so, med protein, med carb diet. I find that fat def helps with hormon production. Train minimally and dont push it but make sure you get lots of sleep. invest in good vitamins and minerals and take them religiously. See if this approach helps

Check out my links my sig. You may have one or both. This is my unprofessional opinion. However I have gone through hell and back a couple of times. I too have told doctors where to go.

If you would like recommendations in diet and what cleanses, enzymes, probiotics and other supplements from Renewlife ( I am In the construction field not not some schmuck) let me know. I had all your symptoms and more.
