There haven't been any real tests on the detection times of these new designer orals. But a good rule of thumb is if you're having second thoughts, it's probably better to skip on it. DMT is known to both the WADA and most likely the NCAA. If this is for collegiate sports or higher, the risks of what you lose may outweigh the advantages. My suggestion would be to pick the minds of Klaus, Dr. D, and those with knowledge of Biochem to see what they think. Just my $0.02...take from it what you will.
