Everything I read and research would state if congress is adjourned, no bill can be passed into law. Congress is officially adjourned.

I do know progainz is a sponsor on another board -but that does not add to their reliability/credibility.

As for toweringlabs, they have a main forum, but they took off their PH raws.

As for the asian companies and to add to your point, we don't know if THEY at the plant added NaHCO3 to it either, so when it comes to quality, we're up sht's creek.

Even if the President doesn't sign it before break, it will become law automatically. The only chance is a veto. Obama opened up relations with Cuba, maybe he will help out the Prohormone industry, lol.

Incorrect. This isn't the case IF congress adjourns within the 10 day period and it has.

I've heard that a lot of companies get their raw materials out of China. But I agree, if you did so, you would want a reliable source.
 
Today is D-Day. Seriously. Obama can sign the bill today and it passes. If he doesn't sign it today, we're in the clear. He's going on vacation Friday. So today is it.
 
Are the raws considered RC so they wouldn't fall under DASCA?

There is a difference between RC and scheduled. And even if its scheduled with the correct certifications you can buy it. There are labs experimenting with legal mdma today.
 
There hasn't been a pocket veto since Clinton. Pretty good chance it will get signed. Besides that, Obama has only vetoed two bills while in office.

He was asking if the raws would be counted as RC if they became illegal I believe, depending on use and certifications sure... But, for those that don't have those papers, what?

You cant sell Scheduled Drugs to the public as RC, . Only people with certain credentials would be able to buy
them for legitimate testing.

From what I understand, and I am not 100% on this, but even if the President doesn't sign it, it will automatically get passed. I could be wrong. I would LOVE to be wrong. I hope someone on here knows any better.

From information on the internet (washingtonexaminer), congress has adjourned for the year.
Now, we wait to see if Obama signs before leaving for vacation. If he doesn't then it is a very good chance, nearly 99.9%, we are in the clear for a small time period.

If Congress adjourns before the 10 days and the President has not signed the bill then it does not become law ("Pocket Veto.")
If the President vetoes the bill it is sent back to Congress with a note listing his/her reasons. The chamber that originated the legislation can attempt to override the veto by a vote of two-thirds of those present. If the veto of the bill is overridden in both chambers then it becomes law.

Once Obama signs this its game over. VERY likely to be signed in the next 24 hours.

Well, he could, theoretically, wake up at 5AM and sign it tomorrow...maybe Michelle will rock his world so good tonight that he sleeps like he dosed half a bottle of melatonin.

Everything I've read or can find says congress adjourned the evening of Dec. 16th.

Tbh, I'm pretty sure Obama is still working even when he's on vacation. I can't see how this is not the case.

Correct. It all depends on if he signs. In this case, congress has adjourned so if he doesn't sign it, it will be dead.

If it's an important bill, he most certainly will be looking at it.

Good thing here is that relative to the myriad of things he needs to focus on, I highly doubt that this bill is all that high on his list of priorities and thus there is probably a good (or very slim one) chance it might just slip through the cracks.
 
I do not think that Obama is pacing the oval office weighing the pro's and con's of this bill. It is sitting in a stack that more than likely will be handed to him as last minute things to tie up before the break."Mr. President, before you leave don't forget to sign these...." He will grab said stack, sign them and not really think twice about it. That will be that. This could happen today or tomorrow morning. It's not like he needs a day cleared to sign some paper work lol.

On top of that, his administration probably already sorted the the bills into piles which are probably labeled "just sign these" and "you should read these."
 
He will most likely sign it. Pretty much all of society hates steroids. Repubs and Dems both want this bill passed. Its a no brainer for him to sign. Like stated above. He will get a stack of papers to sign and its done.

They may, but how big of a thing is that in the grand scheme of things though? Amongst the myriad of things the country is dealing with at current.

Haven't seen it reported in the news, TYT I think are not even aware of it (and they are quite aware of some pretty silly and often obscure things).

The closest thing we've had to this in the news was when they grilled Dr. Oz, and the only reason we knew about that was because of how big of a name Dr. Oz is. Lulz.

Not saying to get your hopes up folks, but just trying to put into perspective how not very big of an issue steroids is for the government at the moment in the grand scheme of things. I mean for goodness sakes, we've re-opened diplomatic relations with Cuba. Oh, and at a more local level, NY banned fracking!

That's the point I'm making, I honestly don't think the US is really all that focused on it. It's something that came up and is a law they wish to get passed, but I highly doubt that the administration is all that concerned or focused on it (as in, if Obama doesn't sign it into law, I highly doubt that there's going to be much hussing and fussing over it, they'll just try to get it passed next year).

WE are making a big deal out of it because something like this DIRECTLY affects us, but I think the whole notion that our government is focused on it is probably pretty erroneous, lulz.

Nice those are the best ones anyway as far as risk/results. I imagine companies will jump on the bandwagon and hopefully some improvements or new ways to make dhea based prohormones will take effect. You would think they would at least have to prove a safety issue before pulling something.
