It seems DES IGF's main use is site enhancement. if planning to use for one muscle group, say shoulders, should I still be pinning daily or just three x a week: once into side delts when training delts only, into front delts when training chest as they get recruited quite a bit w/ chest training, & rear delts w/ back training for same reason?
Planning on 40 mcg each shot so 80 mcg total 3 x per week. I know most people are cutting this time of year, but I just finished a 12 week cut. Squats, HIIT cardio, and most compound movements are out of the question for me because of a recent injury; I herniated a disc in my lower back in a car accident. This going to limit the amount of natural igf and HGH during my workouts to begin with so my cutting plans for summer are derailed. I figured I might as well use this time to bulk up a bit as my body is primed for it.
Besides PT my workouts will be limited to machines and most non-standing exercise as well as anything I can do on a Smith machine while laying on my back (giggity). Cardio is limited to the Precor machine as anything else even walking is too much impact. Cycle and recumbent bike also put pressure on my lower spine. I'm not sure if I should have posted this here or in the injury / rehab section as there is some crossover
I should also mention that I haven't been in the gym regularly since February 23rd due to this injury and also due to not having a car thanks to some ninety-year-old drunk piece of s*** & his insurance company d*ck#ng me around trying to give me $1500 for a car worth $5k... forgive the rant
This is part of my "comeback plan"
