Hey guys, I'm looking to lose that pesky thin layer of fat on my abs.... Right now I can see them pretty good but I know I can get them to look better... As of yesterday I'm around 13% BF..... Besides my clean diet and 3-4 days of cardeo, should I try this stuff?...... This is my diet and cardeo for the next 12 weeks... ( I just started this past Saturday)
Meal (1) Whey shake(w/skim milk)and a Banana.
Meal (2) 3 egg omelet with onions (2 egg whites, one hole egg) one piece of dry wheat toast.
Meal (3) One chicken breast and broccoli.
Meal (4) Whey shake (w/skim milk)
Meal (5) Chicken,steak or fish. One yam and some veggies.
Meal (6) 1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese or maybe some oats.
I also eat fruit during the day and also drink lots of water.

My only cardeo is brisk walking 40 minutes in the morning 3-4 days a week.
I also weight train 5 days a week, 30-40 minutes each workout.
