Can you use three pumps a day? Is is better to just rub on a small section of the abs or all over any troubling areas. I am looking for the best dosage/usage advice. Thanks PP

I just used 2 squirts and applied it to my lower back and stomach since those were the areas I was looking at targeting.

I think 2 squirts was plenty.
