Dermacrine

So, for the guys on TRT using Dermacrine, or any other transdermal DHEA/pregnenolone product, can it convert to testosterone, without LH? Maybe I'm the only guy who actually has his trough levels checked; but it would seem that knowing whether or not Dermacrine will alter their trough testosterone levels should be a concern.
shouldn't have any effect on test levels while on TRT or a cycle

The old Dermacrine increased my rem sleep which boosted my igf from 200 to 330. No other changes. It also raised my free and bio t up significantly. I do have client use Dr crislers dhes td and it jacked his dhea-s up significantly. Stuff is no joke, but it did jack his e2 up. I would start off with 15 mgs of that stuff then measure the response.

Why is that exactly? Is it the lack of LH or what?

No, just the increase in test while actually using test won't be significant. It's more of something to use when you're already running a compound to improve libido, energy and mood. Also good for the same stuff when natural.

So, no other changes except significant increases in free and bioavailable T? Hmm.. It seems like it would increase testosterone on TRT.

It's a support supplement that can mimic the effects of testosterone... it doesn't necessarily boost testosterone by a lot, though. It does convert pretty highly to androgenic hormones though especially compared to oral dhea.

Which androgenic hormones?

The primary metabolite of 5-DHEA is 5-androstenediol (5-AD). Check out this map... It's a bit confusing but shows you the various pathways... doesn't tell you how likely they are to convert to what. I'm pretty sure DHEA going the 4-dione route is less likely, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

Think I'm going to add this alongside my TRT and see how it treats me.
Where can we get Dermacrine CHEAP? Thanks peeps

So Dermacrine could possibly have anabolic effects through a different hormone than testosterone?
