My shoulders need a lot of work... they're definitely atrophied from not training them since February. Anyway, I gotta go super light and wanted to do DB overhead presses and couldn't move 5lb DBs without getting an intense shooting pain in my right shoulder... I'm done even trying overheads and need to rock more volume doing raises. Very frustrating... I'm having a difficult time activating my rear delts too, seems I gotta concentrate really hard to get that mind/muscle connection. When I'm starting to feel a burn in my rear delts and know I'm working them, my clavicle starts popping after a few sets. I also tried back flies using a band, but have NO strength at all in my right shoulder. I'm guessing severe rotator issues... I've gotta get my ass to physical therapy..

Lats went super smooth and I feel more strength and endurance overall. I think that I didn't loose as much muscle tissue the past 6 weeks in keto as I originally thought.

Great workout this morning, although I ran out of time to hit calves again... I've got to work on my balance, which is horrible on BB lunges and heavier squats. I've been sliding a bench under the squat rack when I load 225+ lbs, which kinda makes me a b1tch....

Idk if the Epi is kicking in slightly but I notice more energy/motivation in the gym. Muscles seem harder and my biceps look bigger and more vascular.

I'm adjusting supplementation on this cycle: plan is to run Follidrone on cycle to benefit from the myostatin inhibition, which I think will work synergistically with MK677. I have about 6 weeks of FD2, so I'm going to start it in 2 weeks.... I'm also going to add the Dermastrength UL the last 2 weeks of the cycle to run through PCT.

Strength seems to be increasing and it was effortless getting a pump today. I'm pretty excited about this stack.

I ran out of sup3r-11 today; it might make sense to end this log and start a new one specific to what I'm running... If I do I'll post a link
