Dermacrine questions

First question. Is it normal for the applied areas to burn for a little while? I applied it on my shoulders and delts (4 pumps) and it felt fine, but about 5 hours later it started to burn during my workout. I had a relatively tight shirt on.
Second question. How long till I can take a shower after applying it?
 
I never felt a burn when using it, even when applying it on rashes...I forget how many hours, I think the bottle might say it
