PCT is italicized in the title because this is an old man version. I'm on TRT and like the pregnenolone being in the Dermacrine.

Probably won't be doing bloods and just seeing how I feel and how the gnads are doing. I'm already in wk 3. The holidays kinda messed me up getting this started.

I am using 3 pumps of Dermacrine and 50 mgs td bAET ed. I'm also taking one IML Ultra Male (had 28 caps on hand kinda perfect for this). I weigh right at 180.

The bois are already back in town (at least right outside city limits :D) I think dropping the kratom helped.

I started this right after the Alpha 7 and IML 4-andro cream log I did in the anabolics log section.

I changed my training split to this:
Monday: chest, tris & bis
Tuesday: intense cardio day
Wednesday: legs
Thursday: lower intensity cardio
Friday: delts & back
Will post this week's training in a minute. It's pretty cool that I haven't deloaded much.

I had to do some shopping with the wife yesterday and didn't want to train late so I pushed that workout to today. Haven't deloaded much so it's going quite well.

I've been taking some pomegranate extract in the am that's standardized for ellagic acid. Between that and the resveratrol in the Dermacrine I'm getting a pretty good fat burning effect.

I weighed 179.2 at the gym today. Holding muscle pretty good so I'm liking this.

I've been taking some pomegranate extract in the am
I started taking a shot of the POM wonderful in the morning. Taste is pretty good but expected for the amount of sugar is has in it.

I like those. I don't know how much ellagic acid is in them tho. If you eat whole eggs in the am it might help with the absortion.

I am just assuming fats helping with absortion of ellagic acid like they do with ursolic acid. The benefits of these two are very similar. Both are anticancer, boost insulin sensitivity, increase nitric oxide and help with vascularity.

Yep I do. (2) whole eggs every morning. And yea fat content in the whole eggs should help with absorption.

Here's today's(Tuesday)workout. I changed the trap bar farmers carry to using kettle bells and going all the way around the gym. Did 30s today but plan to up the weight weekly.

30 mins upright bike (varying intensity)
5.86 miles

30 lb kettle bells farmers carry:
2 walks around the gym. One in each direction to hit stabilizers equally.
The gym is a former skating rink.

16 minutes recombinant bike
2 miles more true to the idea of cool down :p

Today was day 26. Holding on to strength pretty good. I'm mixing things up a bit so it's hard to know exactly but not deloading much.

I changed from the Supinated grip rows to palm in pulldowns because the rows were messing with my hiatal hernia.

I took a 5lb plate off each side for the last 3 sets on the Cybex bench 10 X10 because I didn't think I would get them all.
I will the next time.

I will probably get a little better than 6 weeks out of the dermacrine. I always did the Nolvadex for 6 wks anyway.

I still weigh right at 180 and strength is pretty good. Deloaded here and there and even upped weights on some movements

I will probably get some bAET from iconic to run all the way thru this the next time.

What's the point here? I don't mean that as a negative thing, Im genuinely asking what's reason behind this? Is it a attempt to pct off of trt, or is it to raise dhea and pregnenolone on trt to kick sex drive and a few other things back into gear?

I've always liked the addition of dermacrine to trt. I use to do it higher tho, 5-6pumps, I've done 3 also and it still makes a difference but 5-6 is more noticeable. If this is specifically to boost dhea and pregnenolone you could pop a couple hcg shots too. It should make a big improvement combining the hcg, dhea and pregnenolone

The point is to restore endogenous test a bit while doing pct. Remember I am getting ready to hit 65 in a couple months. It becomes increasingly hard to hold muscle as you age. I didn't stop the trt while doing this. Sex drive is fine and I do quite well with the nitric oxide using low dose tadalafil and various sups.

I am trying to be as big and strong as I can in my older years.

I had no clue you were 65, but I'm still not understanding. Your saying pct and also saying your on trt. Are you stopping trt and doing a PCT or are you trying to run a pct while on trt. Because that's what I keep getting out of this. It looks like your saying your doing a PCT simultaneously with your trt. If that's the case you can't recover testosterone if your still injecting testosterone. You can optimize your trt with dhea and pregnenolone but it's not pct.

Sorry if I'm coming across in any kind of way, I have no bad intentions or anything like that, I'm just not understanding

You came off of trt and are running a pct + dermacrine

Or

Your on trt still and adding dermacrine.

Basically I'm asking did you stop taking the testosterone or are you still taking it?

I did a cycle in addition to the trt. I am doing a pct for the cycle and keeping the trt in. Hopefully I can restore whatever engenous test I was producing before the cycle. I probably will do a hcg bridge the next time. Thank you for reminding me.

My pcp isn't big on trt but gave it to me after a ridiculous low reading probably due to kratom use. I used kratom to help with pain from the 9 broken bones I had in the wreck. It is phased out now. If I wind up just blasting & cruising, I will add the kratom back in. It does a cool GH increase anyway.

I use to finish off every other workout with a farmers walk or something similar. Suitcase carries are another one I like doing in it's place.

Some of the snap fitnesses are pretty nice. I've only been to a few though but the ones I have been to had a nice selection of equipment.

I turned Tuesday into international chest day today. It's going pretty good doing the slow deload. I would say this is helping the endogenous test some.

I believe the ellagic acid from the pomegranate extract is also helping me maintain. This stuff works very similar to ursolic acid.

I showed my wife how extreme the carb uptake is by peeing on a ketone strip and getting a reading in the middle. That was after eating all this Christmas grub for days. :D

Well, I'm in WV. It was all over country really. NY got the worst.
I'm in IN. I use to live in VA. WV has some nice pieces of land. If it weren't for family I would probably consider WV or PA area.

Yesterday's workout was the last one in this experiment. I've held strength pretty good and didn't have to deload much..

I'm really wondering how much the ellagic acid at basically 350 mgs daily toward the end had to do with. It kinda amazed me how similar to ursolic acid it is.

My plan to get the deads back a bit is working. I progressed to the rack as planned. Next will be off the floor.

Thanx. This is more or less shoulder day. I can't do ohp because of a bad shoulder click. I can do them palm in but it kinda overwork the front delts so incline bench is my front delt movement. Rear delt work goes right along with back.

I do rear delt flies with the seat really low. It's kinda cool how you can do stretch and contraction in one movement. I focus on the contraction part of the side lat raises(the leaning is the stretch). That's why I do one arm at a time.
