Dermacrine no energy

Hey all , so just started taking Dermacrine. The first day after 3 pumps I felt pretty sick and was close to throwing up . Dropped to 2 pumps and no sick feeling but my mood and energy feel like they’ve totally crashed , very tired and groggy wich is the opposite of what I was expecting. Anybody had this or know why ? I’m thinking my body just doesn’t respond well to the dhea

I've never heard of nausea, personally, from any of the TD's people use on these boards and I definitely have not experienced it from Dermacine or XPG DHEA which I've used both. Now with some compounds I have experienced a certain level of fatigue similar to a growing puppy which I associated with incredibly higher intensity workouts and recovery. I took on a little water weight with dermacrine, but it worked for me at the time because I was bulking on a strength cycle, I think I picked up like 5lbs in 4-6 weeks and set my PRs.

Ah that’s interesting as felt really rough on it. Not just during workouts but at work I was struggling to get through the day . Must be something in it that doesn’t agree with me wich is a shame as it seems it’s a good product for most people . Thanks for the reply

There is a chance if your estrogen was high, that the DHEA raised it more and that can definitely make you feel off. DHEA can be good if you need it, but if your estrogen is high it can add to that. I have responded greatly to it when I have added it to my TRT, but also my estrogen was in check.
Are you experiencing any bloating?

It would be odd to experience that much of a hormonal response that quickly from a dose. I'm going to tag the owner, @delsolrob for you as he may be able to add some insight.

Yes I was bloated from time to time before I started the Dermacrine. I’ve not noticed it since starting. I did think I read that it could help balance estrogen wich is one of the reasons I tried it

thank you

How long were you taking it and how long did it take for the symptoms to subside after stopping? Also did you start/stop anything else along with it? With that quick of an onset it just seems like it could be something else coinciding. I tried a new supp about a year ago and immediately felt horrible...it ended up being covid and nothing to do with the supp.

Dermacrine is one of my staples, always done me well, I use it with enclomiphene in an alternating dose. I can understand where it could potentially be an issue for some, I would recommend getting bloods done to know where you stand exactly, and so you know how to proceed going forward. Shouldn't be hitting you that hard immediately, there may be other things coming into play. The Company and it's owner are stand up, that's based on personal experience that I can vouch for.

I’m 5 days in , I started on Monday and felt sick within the hour . That’s now stopped at 2 pumps but feel drained . I take ashwaganda and have missed a couple of days with that , whether that could affect it ?

I’ve no doubt about that I’ve never heard anything negative about it at all . I think maybe my stomach and body is overly sensitive to anything new

Every body is different and can respond in kind. I'm pretty sensitive to everything as well but getting some blood work done and talking to those in the know to clarify helped a ton. It's the classic "We don't know what we don't know". If you add something new and can't answer why it's having the effect it is, it's time to verify your baseline and then ask again, with the proper support and understanding. If you have unanswered questions, you want to make sure you can move forward by validating the answers.

I had a similar reaction to Dermacrine when I tried it (not the sickness). It was actually the Preg I reacted badly too, not the DHEA. Once I moved to just a TD DHEA, I got all the benefits I was originally after.

It’s a shame as Dermacrine is so highly recommended here with so many solid reviews. I have heard of other people reacting poorly to TD preg though, so I guess it’s whether your body tolerates it or not

That’s makes perfect sense . I had bloods done 3 months ago as wasn’t feeling great and found my t levels were low and shbg was high. I’m due another test this week

As someone stated it could be the Preg. Once you have the blood tests you may have a better picture of what is going on. Have you tried a DHEA only version? What are the effects you are hoping for ?

No haven’t tried any other DHEA product but someone has recommended the XPG gel . Was looking for something for motivation, general mood etc all the good stuff that people get from it

Preg helps me out, just better quality of life all around with a tiny bit. Proof that every body is different.

Just to be sure you are applying this to your skin, right?

wait, it's not supposed to be used like syrup on the evening ice cream?

I personally feel like I am a little sensitive to the preg, personally. I tend to get itchy nipples with it, which go away almost immediatley when I stop using it or use a natty t booster like either Sustain Alpha or Alpha Gel.

Some people, myself included, are sensitive to Pregnenolone. That's why for XPG, we make a DHEA-50 Gel and a Pregnenolone Gel separately, so people can use them at the dosages that work best for them.

Good to know, I think I will be checking that out .
