Delays in shipping?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else is experience delays in shipping? I contacted Iconic Formultaions via FB messenger and email and haven't heard back. I know the holidays and subsequent promotions may delay shipping but the lack of a reply is a bit frustrating. Thanks!
