Delayed shipping?

Hi, back on November 28th 2005 I ordered 2 bottles of Tamoxifen Citrate. Dec 1st I got a email saying The following package was shipped to you via the U.S. Postal Service. To this day I have nothing, and the USPS website doesnt tell me where it is or anything. Any ideas?
 
Emailed them a few times, I got no responses. Unless they are open to phone calls at 7pm, I cant make a phone call

Yes, something very strange is going on. I order items online frequently and have done so recently and have never had this happen where I get an email saying something has shipped and it takes this long. No, it doesnt take this long to ship. NO WHERE NEAR IT. The distance the package is traveling usually takes Priority Mail 2-3 days, 3-5 days around the holidays. I ordered mine over two weeks ago and I hope it doesnt take much longer. No, I dont need it right now, but I hate waiting on something that I dont want sitting outside. If IBE is having problems, they need to let people know before completing an order. If they arent having problems, then something else very peculiar is going on exclusively in regards to IBE shipments...

They have been letting people know.. they were right in the middle of the hurricane that did a bit of damage.. remember Katrina?
